§ 26-87. Official traffic control device inventory.

An inventory of all signs installed under this program shall be given to the city by the engineer. The inventory shall show the location of each sign, date of installation, and other pertinent information applicable to each sign. The inventory shall be maintained by the chief of police. This inventory is hereby designated as the official traffic control device inventory for the City of Eagle Pass. Future installations, removals or maintenance of the traffic control devices shall be entered in the inventory as they occur.
