§ 26-98. Maximum limits near schools, churches and hospitals.

The maximum speed limit within the same block of any school, church, or hospital shall be twenty (20) mph, unless otherwise provided, and when signs are erected as provided in section 26-101, it shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle at a speed greater than such limit.
