§ 26-137. Parking meter districts and meter and pay station zones.

The city manager or his designee, severally, may establish paid-parking zones, both along public street right-of-way and on parking lot owned or controlled by the city. All areas for which city council has previously authorized parking meters and has not been repealed the authorization are paid-parking zones.

The city manager or his designee, severally, may determine where within paid-parking zones to install meters and where to install pay stations.
