§ 27-47. Inspection of installation.

Before any person shall cover or conceal in any manner whatsoever any such connection, the connection must be inspected by a city inspector to determine the correctness of the installation. Said inspector, upon completion of his inspection, shall issue his certificate of approval of the installation, if he shall approve the same, or, if he shall not approve the same, shall require and direct such modifications as are necessary to meet the specifications of the city before the installation is approved.
