§ 27-71. Storm and other unpolluted drainage.

Latest version.

(a)

No person may discharge to public sanitary sewers:

(1)

Unpolluted storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff or substance drainage;

(2)

Unpolluted cooling water;

(3)

Unpolluted industrial process waters; or

(4)

Other unpolluted drainage.

(b)

In compliance with the Texas Water Quality Act and other statutes, the approving authority may designate storm sewers and other water courses into which unpolluted drainage described in subsection (a) of this section may be discharged.
