§ 27-108. Ten-year master plan.

A ten-year master plan for future extension of municipal water works facilities shall remain on file in the office of the city secretary for citizen reference. The board of trustees of the waterworks system shall develop and adopt such plan, changes in which plan shall be concurred with and approved by the planning commission and city council.
