§ 27-157. Wastewater improvement plan.

(a)

The wastewater improvement plan for the city is hereby adopted as Exhibit D attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein.

(b)

The wastewater improvement plan may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures set forth in chapter 395 of the Local Government Code and its successors.
