§ 27-179. Suspension of permit.

Suspension upon finding of violations. The director may suspend or revoke a permit upon a finding by the division that a permittee, or an agent or employee of the permittee has violated any of the terms or conditions of the permit or of this article and that the number or severity of the violations justify the suspension of the permit.
