§ 27-204. Stormwater drainage utility fee.

There is hereby imposed on each and every developed lot or parcel of land within the city, and the residents thereof, a stormwater drainage utility fee which shall be deposited in the city's stormwater drainage utility fund to pay for the creation, operation, planning, engineering, inspection, construction, repair, maintenance, improvement, reconstruction administration and financing of stormwater drainage utility services of the city. Fees shall be imposed and collected on each and every developed lot or parcel of land within the city limits as follows:

Residential units, per month ..... $5.00

Non-residential properties classified as B-1, B-2, I, and F under the City of Eagle Pass Zoning Ordinance, which measure less than one (1) acre including, but not limited to, commercial and industrial properties, per month ..... 8.00

Non-residential properties classified as B-1, B-2, I, and F under the City of Eagle Pass Zoning Ordinance, which measure one (1) acre or more including, but not limited to, commercial and industrial properties, per month per acre ..... 8.00
