§ 27-210. Notice to customers.

Notice of the imposition of stormwater drainage utility fees shall be mailed to all residents within the City of Eagle Pass. Such notice shall state that stormwater drainage utility fees will be billed to each resident of a lot or parcel of land and that failure to pay such fees may result in the discontinuance of all city water, wastewater and solid waste services.
