§ 28-15. Wrecker to be summoned by police or fire department.

No person shall drive a wrecker to or near the scene of an accident or collision on the street of the city unless such person has been called to the scene by the police or fire department of the city; unless it is specifically requested by the owner or operator of such vehicle involved in such accident or collision or it is necessary to prevent death or bodily injury to any person involved in an accident or collision.
