§ 28-25. Appeal from decision to suspend, revoke, and/or deny issuance/renewal of license.

If the chief of police suspends, revokes, and/or denies issuance/renewal of a license, the applicant or licensee may file an appeal with the city manager. The city manager shall hear and determine whether to deny/approve issuance/renewal of the license, suspend the license for an additional period of time until the deficiency is alleviated, or revoke the license of the wrecker service company involved. The action of the city manager is final.
