§ 29-1. Application of chapter.

This chapter gives the City of Eagle Pass authority to prosecute and enforce the applicable laws for the proper use of land, proper flow of traffic, nuisances, and protection from hazardous materials within the jurisdiction of the City of Eagle Pass.
