§ 2-170. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a department of human resources for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:

Benefits division;

(2)

Recruiting and employment division;

(3)

Risk management division;

(4)

Personnel records division;

(5)

Safety division;

(6)

Retiree services division;

(7)

Training and development division;

(8)

Employee relations division;

(9)

Workman's Compensation division;

(10)

Pay plan/job classification division;

(11)

Policy and procedure division.
