§ 2-85. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a department of community development for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:
(1)

Housing Division.

(2)

Administrative Division.

(3)

Federal and State Grant Coordination Division.

(4)

Manpower Division.
