§ 2-96. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a department of community services for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:
(1)

Garbage and Trash Division.

(2)

Vector Control Division.

(3)

Animal Control Division.

(4)

Landfill Division.

(5)

Social Services Division.
