§ 2-118. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a fire department for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:
(1)

Fire marshal division.

(2)

Fire fighters division.

(3)

Arson inspection and fire prevention division.

(4)

Rescue division.
