§ 2-143. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a police department for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:

Administrative division.

(2)

Patrol division.

(3)

Detectives division.

(4)

Traffic division.

(5)

Juvenile division.

(6)

Crime prevention division.

(7)

Parking control division.

(8)

Communications division.

(9)

Traffic maintenance division.
