§ 2-165. Created; appointment of director; divisions.

There is hereby created a department of taxation for the city. The department shall be headed by a director who shall be appointed by the city manager and shall consist of the following divisions:
(1)

Tax division.

(2)

Permits division.

(3)

Licenses division.

(4)

Reserved.

(5)

Taxicabs division.

(6)

Code enforcement division.
