§ 2-201. Penalties.

Any violation of the provisions of this article shall be punishable by a fine in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00). Prosecution shall not commence against any city officer unless and until the ethics review commission shall have completed an investigation and recommended prosecution.
