A member of the city council who in the course of official duties has direct supervisory
authority over contract personnel shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the
conduct of contract personnel is compatible with the obligations imposed on city officials
and employees by this code of ethics.
(b)
Contract personnel employed by a member of the city council shall comply with all
obligations imposed by this code of ethics on city employees.
