§ 2-250.43. Changes of financial disclosure information.
Latest version.
(a)
Periodic updating.
Within sixty (60) days after a material change in the information contained in his
or her most recently filed financial disclosure report, a reporting party shall not
intentionally fail to file a sworn amendment to the statement indicating the change.
(b)
Short form annual reports.
A person who is required to file an annual financial disclosure report may fulfill
his or her filing obligations by submitting a short sworn statement on a form provided
by the city, if there have been few or no changes in the information disclosed by
that person in a complete financial disclosure report filed within the past five (5)
years. The short statement shall indicate the date of the person's most recently filed
complete financial disclosure report and shall state that there have been no material
changes in that information or shall list any material changes that have occurred.
Material change means that change that would obfuscate a reasonable individual. A
person required to file an annual financial disclosure report must file a financial
disclosure report as provided in section 2-250.42 above at least once every five (5) years regardless if there are no material changes
to disclose.
