§ 2-250.62. Public records and open meetings.

Except as otherwise provided in this subdivision or unless requested by person charged, no record, meeting, or other proceeding relating to an alleged violation of the ethics laws or the preparation of an ethics opinion requested by a person who asked for anonymity shall be open to the public.
