All members of the IAD, as well as the chief of police, shall cooperate with the CRC,
and provide information requested, in the CRC's effort to carry out its charge; provided,
however, neither the IAD nor the chief of police is required to disclose information
to the CRC that may jeopardize or hinder an ongoing criminal investigation or proceeding.
