§ 5-36. Certain minors prohibited in premises licensed to sell beer for on premise consumption or having certain gaming paraphernalia.

It shall be unlawful for the owner, proprietor, person or agent in charge of any place,
establishment or premises within the corporate limits of the city whereat any beer
or mixed drink is sold, given, dispensed or delivered for consumption on the premises
or where any table, stand, device or machine for the playing of pool, billiards, cards,
dominoes, dice, pin-balls or other rolling ball exists, except if in a "food establishment"
as so defined in section 16-20(a) of this Code of Ordinances of the City of Eagle
Pass, to cause, suffer, permit or allow any minor child under twenty-one (21) years
of age to be found idling, loitering, loafing or remaining at or in such place, establishment
or premises, or using any such table, stand, device or machine. The presence of any
such minor child shall constitute prima facie evidence of violation of this section.
