§ 5-38. Obstructions to visibility prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful to paint, or otherwise to cover or to obscure visibility through, the glass of any window, door or other opening of any retail establishment where any alcoholic beverage is delivered, dispensed or sold at retail to members of the general public, so that visibility into the interior of the same, on the part of any person having normal visual acuity, is obstructed at or above a height of fifty-four (54) inches measured from the surface level of the ground or public walkway outside and beneath such window, door or other opening.
