§ 6-5. Animal control officer: creation and authority.

Animal control officer(s) shall be appointed to enforce all provisions of this chapter, including gathering up and impounding or quarantining any livestock, fowl, cats, dogs, or other domestic and non-domestic animals found running at large (stray) within the city limits.
