§ 6-125. Required vaccination.

  • An owner of a dog or cat must have the animal vaccinated against rabies by the time the animal is four (4) months of age and at regular intervals thereafter in a manner that satisfies the requirements of state law. It is an offense under state law for an owner of a dog or cat to fail to vaccinate an animal in accordance with this chapter.
