§ 6-132. Impoundment of animals unclaimed after quarantine.

Any animal quarantined at the city's animal facility not reclaimed by its owner within seventy-two (72) hours of the expiration of the quarantine or observation period provided in this chapter shall become the property of the city and may be offered for adoption or humanely euthanized at the discretion of the director.
