§ 7-4. Same—Issuance; license plate; expiration.
(a)
On approval of the application for a bicycle license, and upon payment of the fee, the police department will provide the applicant with a registration card and a license plate.
(b)
The license plat will have stamped thereon, the year in which it is issued, the words "Eagle Pass" and a number. The first plat issued each year shall be numbered "1" and all subsequent plates shall be issued in numerical sequence. The registration card will have stamped thereon the number of the license plate issued to that particular applicant.
(c)
Each license plate will be designed so as to permit its being attached to the frame of the bicycle, and will be so attached by the police on being issued.
(d)
Licenses will be issued for the calendar year beginning with the first of January, and all licenses will expire on December thirty-first of the year in which issued.
