§ 7-6. Same—Records maintained by police department.

(a)

The police department shall maintain a record to reflect:

(1)

The date of issue of each license.

(2)

The person to whom issued.

(3)

The number appearing on the license plate and registration card.

(b)

The police department shall also maintain a complete record of all transfers of bicycles under the provision of the following two (2) sections.
