§ 7-16. Unlawful operation of motor-assisted scooter on public ways.

  • (a)

    It is unlawful for a person to operate or ride a motor assisted scooter on any highway, street, public road, walk, sidewalk, municipal park or public place within the city except on paths and trails set aside for their use.

    (b)

    This prohibition is necessary in the interest of safety.
