§ 7-19. Seizure for violation.

(a)

A police officer may seize a motor assisted scooter, play vehicle or all-terrain vehicle in violation of this ordinance or any state statute regulating same.

(b)

A custodian or owner may retrieve a seized vehicle under this section from the proper law enforcement agency subject to a fifty dollars ($50.00) administrative fee, storage and towing fees.
