§ 8-4. Moving buildings to or within fire limits.
(a)
Any person desiring to move a building from one (1) location to another within the fire limits or to within the fire limits, shall acquire a permit from the building inspector. Such a permit will not be granted until a fee of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) has been paid.
(b)
No permit will be granted for moving a frame building under the provisions of paragraph (a). Buildings having wooden frame work, clad with sheet metal, stuccoed, or veneered with brick or rock shall be classified as frame building.
