Ord. No. 2012-12, adopted May 1, 2012, adopted the 2012 edition of the International Existing Building Code (IEBC) as set out in § 8-15. Inclusion herein as superseding former § 8-30 was at the editor's discretion. The former § 8-30 pertained to adoption of the Standard Existing Buildings Code, 1988 edition, and derived from Ord.
