§ 8-190. Relationship with zoning districts.

Properties lying within the boundaries of the historic preservation district are subject to regulations for both the zoning district and the historic preservation district. If there is a conflict between the requirements of the zoning district and the requirements of the historic preservation district, the more restrictive requirements shall apply.
