§ 8-117. City's right to vacate, secure, remove, demolish, or relocate occupants after order from municipal court.

  • The city shall further have the right to vacate, secure, remove, demolish, or relocate the occupants of a building determined by the city municipal court to be dangerous if the owner, lien holder, or mortgagee do not carry out the city municipal court's ordered action within the time specified by the city municipal court in accordance with this article.
