§ 8-120. Failure to meet minimum standards.

  • Any building, which fails to meet any one or more of the minimum standards, outlined in section 8-119 may be designated by the city as dilapidated, substandard, or unfit for human habitation, and a hazard to the public health, safety and welfare (hereinafter referred to as a "dangerous building").
