§ 10-6. Compensation of franchise.

Latest version.

No exclusive franchise or privilege shall ever be granted by the city. Any ordinance granting a franchise shall expire six (6) months after its final passage if the franchisee does not begin operations within said six (6) months, at which time the city shall be receiving compensation in accordance with the terms of the franchise ordinance.
