§ 10-14. No other charges or fees to be assessed against person convicted.

No other cost than as provided above and no fee for any judge, clerk, presiding officer, prosecuting attorney, peace officer or other, acting in or in attendance upon the court, shall be taxed against or collected from any defendant in the court.
