§ 10-25. Cash bond—May be used to assure appearance.

Any person summoned or otherwise required to appear in the municipal court of the city, where appearance bond is required of such person in accordance with the provisions of the laws of Texas, or the Charter or Code of the city, may elect to provide a cash bond assuring appearance and binding such person before the court on the date and at the time so required of him.
