§ 10-26. Same—Amount to be fixed by judge; entering on the docket.

In every instance the amount of any cash bond shall be fixed by the judge or the assistant judge and shall be set down in writing upon the docket of the court by him, together with all other data pertaining to the proper docketing of the matter. The date and time of the appearance required under and assured by such bond, and the date upon which such amount of cash is required shall be included on the docket.
