§ 12-48. False representations.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to falsely represent himself as an electrician of any class set out in this article or to use the words "electrical contractor," "master electrician," "electrician," or words of similar import or meaning on signs, cards, stationery, or by any other manner whatsoever, unless said person is properly registered and licensed within the meaning of the words used as provided in this chapter.
