§ 14-8-23. Designated or authorized municipal solid waste facilities.

Except as otherwise specifically provided in this chapter, any person who collects or transports MSW, construction and demolition waste and recyclable materials generated and/or otherwise found shall deliver such waste to municipal solid waste facility or recycling facility.
