§ 15-49. Tank trucks not to be parked for more than reasonable period of time.

It shall be unlawful to leave parked or standing within the city, any tank, tank truck, trailer or other vehicle or motor vehicle containing, transporting or hauling, or used or designed to contain, transport or haul, gas or liquefied petroleum gas, for any period of time in excess of that time which is reasonably necessary for the purpose of refueling or repairing or otherwise servicing for the purpose of permitting the movement or travel to continue.
