§ 15-52. Aboveground tanks not to be greater than one thousand (1,000) gallon capacity; all aboveground tanks to comply with Railroad Commission regulations.

It shall be unlawful to erect, maintain, keep or utilize, within the city, for the storage of gas or liquefied petroleum gas, any aboveground container having a water capacity of over one thousand (1,000) gallons, or any aboveground container of whatsoever capacity which is not of the propane type prescribed by the rules, regulations and dockets of the Railroad Commission of Texas, as amended from time to time.
