Editor's note

Ord. No. 66-14, § 1(a), adopted September 19, 1966 as an emergency measure, effective September 20, 1966, specifically repealed § 17-2, which had set forth the purpose of adoption of the Housing Code adopted in § 17-1. The purpose of adoption is now incorporated in said § 17-1.
