Article III. DRIVE-IN RESTAURANTS |
§ 19-31. Definitions.
A drive-in restaurant, within the meaning of this article shall be deemed to be any restaurant premises where meals, sandwiches, cold drinks, beverages, ice cream or other food, is or are dispensed or served directly to, or is or are permitted to be consumed by, patrons in automobiles, motorcycles or any other vehicles parked on the premises.
(a)
For the purpose of preserving public peace, health and safety, the entire premises occupied or used as a drive-in restaurant, together with all means of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, are hereby declared to be a public place.
