§ 19-32. Quiet and good order required; duty of owner, etc.; "loitering" defined.

  • The owner, lessee or operator of any drive-in restaurant shall maintain quiet and good order upon the premises and shall not permit disorderly or immoral conduct or loitering thereon, nor shall he cause or permit any noise or nuisance on the parking area of the drive-in restaurant whereby the quiet and good order of the neighborhood are disturbed.

    (a)

    The word "loitering", as used in this article, shall be deemed to include the using or operating of any electrically operated amusement device or amusement machine, of any character or description other than for emitting musical sounds, by any minor under the age of eighteen (18) years; and said meaning of the word, "loitering", shall be in addition to all other definitions of such word in ordinary or common use.
