§ 20-31. Permit term.

A permit issued under this article shall be dated and signed by the chief of police or his designee and may be issued to any person or organization no more than four (4) permits per calendar year for a period of no more than two (2) consecutive days and for no hours other than those between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
